Mirchi Fry


This “Mirchi Fry” recipe is a unique recipe as it is only found at the rarest places, this is the Sindh style of frying chilies, it used to be consumed a lot in the good old days before India-Pakistan partition, this is a very basic recipe but an excellent one!

Mirch Makhani

Gavran Usal and Misal

Usal and Misal - उसल / मिसल

This dish is very famous in Maharashtra, it is one of the most common quick on the go meal ready available even in the most remote areas of Maharashtra, it very spicy with exotic taste of all the beans and extensive ingredients in it.

You can relish it with bread (Pav) and some chopped onions with lemon, by adding Farsan (Mixed Chuda) a typical type of mixed namkeen used to make usal into misal can be added which again gives this dish a different taste overall.
